Enter your Mobile Number and birth date and Click on Continue Now new page is opening.Fill all Details in a form.

*.Name of Secretariat : Jilla Panchayat /Education ( be manthi ek lakhvu)

*.Department : Education Department

*.Name of Office :  School's Name

*.Office Address :  School's Address

*.Name & designation of  Head of Office, Contact Number and Email : School's Principal Name, If you are a Principal write your Pay centre Pricipal's Name

*.Name Of Employee : your Name

*.Designation : Teacher

*.CPF Account No. : Write CPF No. ( If you are a GPF Employee put GPF No. )
*.Date of Birth, Age , Sex ( Male/Female)

*.Marital Status : Married /Unmarried
